Hands on Cajun Roux Class in New Orleans

We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too.

Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. For parties of 8 or more, a 20% gratuity is added.
