• in case customers decide not to fly once they are at the ramp, we reserve the right to retain the payment

• Clients must contact us before they go to meeting point in order to check the latest wind report.
• Flights can be cancelled at the spot due to sudden wind changes
• Experience does not include transportation from/ to hotel. Only.from meeting point to the ramp
• We do not reemburse clients for transportation costs in case flights are cancelled at ramp or at arrival, due to sudden wind changes.
• Clients must wait at least an hour at line up over the.ramp, before they decide.to cancel the flight and still be eligible.for refunds
