The noble entrance of Lisbon is located at Commerce Square and is characterized by the two vertical pillars, which are leading by the marble steps down to the Tagus River.
Alfama
Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood and the most charming one, it’s considered the historic soul of Lisbon and its steep, cobblestoned lanes stand just as they were in medieval times. This area is best known for its fado houses and the great festivities of Lisbon which honors “Santo António” (St. Anthony) during the month of June, luring thousands of people into the streets. This neighbourhood resisted to the terrible earthquake of 1755 and this was one of the main reasons that contributed to the preservation of its authenticity. This charming area retains some of the Moorish atmosphere with its alleys, staircases and clothes drying on the windows.

Once a marginal neighbourhood, Mouraria has benefited from an important investment and rehabilitation process that have made it one of the most interesting places to visit in Lisbon.

- All participants must have a minimum of 1.5meters (4.9 feet) and a maximum of 118Kg (260.14 pounds). Height is a mandatory requirement.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sigh a Statement of Responsability for children up to 17years old upon arrival.
- All customers with reservation must check in 15min prior to the tour start.
