After your introduction to one of Barcelona’s most historic spots, it’s only fitting to take a tour of the Gothic Quarter. As you weave through its narrow streets, passing Ancient Romans ruins, you’ll travel through a thousand years of history. On your last stop, you’ll be treated to a sit-down dinner at a local spot dating back to 1935. This was once the hangout for artists and bohemians in the city. Today, it’s famed for its bravas and croquettes. Indulge in a classic selection of these Catalan dishes, paired with local red wine. Top it off with the delicious Spanish precursor to crème brûlée.
