- Riders must be between 14 and 70 years of age, minimum height required is 5'2", riders cannot exceed 265lbs.

- Boulder Tour Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these minimum requirements. Furthermore, Boulder Tour Company reserves the right, at their discretion, to ask customers to step on a scale to confirm their weight before allowing them the use of a Boulder Tour Company ebike. A ride evaluation with each rider will be performed by the tour guide prior to the start of the tour to determine each rider's participation eligibility.
- Riders cannot exceed 265 pounds and must be at least 5'2" tall in order to sit safely on the bike's saddle and touch the ground with their feet
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Face masks provided for travelers
- Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff

- Guides required to regularly wash hands
