Parawan will tell you about the ingredients that you will be using and also what alternative ingredients you can use if certain ingredients are difficult for you to source at home.All the ingredients that you will use to make the dishes will be provided and so this is why you are required to select the 3 dishes you will be making i advance.You will be cooking the dishes yourself and Parawan will be instructing you how to prepare the dishes.When you have made each dish you will get to eat it and if there is too much for you to eat it all you can take it away with you.When you have completed the course you will also be given a copy of the recipe with instructions on how to make the dishes so that you can make the dishes again when you return home.
