You'll learn how to make 2 different flavors of gelato step-by-step, discovering the difference between gelato and ice-cream! You will assist the chef in preparing the ingredients and once combined, you will admire up close the creation of a true work of art: a richly-flavored gelato that you can customize by choosing from a wide variety of toppings! While the gelato is being made, you will learn the secrets of making perfect pasta from scratch, combining ingredients and kneading dough to create your own delicious pasta shapes.The pasta will be cooked and topped by the chef and you will sit in our cozy restaurant with your fellow adventurers to sip a glass of wine and taste the fruit of your labor.
