From the centrally located Waterfront to the quiet bays and panoramic lookouts, you’ll be enthralled from start to finish. If you can ride a bike, you can ride an eBike. You will be provided with riding instructions, a helmet, a lock and a cycle map of the city, including top picks of places to stop on your ride.You can ride the bays to take in the best view points or use your eBike as your transport between the Wellington must see attractions such as Weta Workshop, Zealandia Sanctuary, Te Papa Museum or the Wellington Cable Car located only 5-minutes away. The Chocolate Fish Cafe located at Shelly Bay is the best local cafe on our popular bike route! Serving excellent coffee from a beautiful spot.
30 minutesWeta Workshop
Ride your bike to Weta Workshop and pop into the Weta Cave or take a guided one hour tour. Learn about Wellington's film history, Peter Jackson and Lord of the Rings.
1 hourScorching Bay
The best swimming beach in Wellington! Gorgeous white sands in a sheltered spot. Plenty of space to picnic of the grass and beach. There's a cafe serving ice-cream and lunch.
30 minutesRed Rocks Reserve
For the more adventurous you can choose to ride down a gravel beach road to an 'out of the way' iconic Wellington spot. At the right time of year you can spot seals and pups!
1 hourWellington Wind Turbine
You've got electric bikes so why not turn up the power and head to a lookout high over the city! The roads are windy and steep but a lot of fun for those who like a bit of challenge and the reward is worth it.

We're located not far from Te Papa, New Zealand's national museum! They've got bike parking right at the door and entry is free so it's easy to pop in for a look when you're on your way back from your bike ride.

It's easy to bike from our store to the New Zealand's parliament. You can take a tour every hour or just walk with your bike through Parliament grounds.
1 hourOld St Paul's
Old St Paul's is one of Wellington most beautiful and photographed buildings. The church is unique because it is crafted from native timbers. It'll re-open again in May 2020 following seismic strengthening.
30 minutesZEALANDIA Ecosanctuary
Zealandia is a refuge for native birds, animals and forest. It's set in a valley on a hill above Wellington, so an electric bike is the best transport choice to get there! They've got bike racks to lock to at the entrance. Take a relaxing walk through the valley and visit their gift shop.
1 hour 30 minutesWellington Cable Car
Probably Wellington's most visited tourist attraction, it's located only a 5 min walk or bike from our shop. When it's not busy you can take your bike up the cable car and ride on to Zealandia. Or leave your bike at the bottom and walked back down through the botanical gardens.
15 minutesWellington Zoo
Take you bikes around the bay then pop over the hill to Wellington's modern Zoo. They provide bike racks outside to make it easy for you.
1 hour 30 minutesCuba Street
The progressive heart of the city. Cuba St is a colourful part of Wellington with excellent cafes, restaurants, street performers, local crafts and everything in between.
