• It is important that you bypass time share solicitors standing outside the customs/baggage claim area and proceed without delay to exit, our uniformed personnel will be waiting for you holding a banner with your name on it.
• A maximum of 6 passengers per limousine transfer. One piece of luggage and one carry-on per passenger.
• Partial cancellation is not available for roundtrip transfers.
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Infant car seats are the traveler’s responsibility; children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint, per local law.
• Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service.
• If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
