Trekking to Everest Base Camp is one of the most popular activities among people who visit Nepal for a holiday. A breath-taking flight to Lukla airport, stunning Himalayan scenery, the world’s biggest desert-like glaciers, high thrilling trekking passes and warm, hospitable Sherpa culture together with hundreds of years old monasteries are main attractions of Everest Base Camp Trekking.The trek starts after an adventurous and thrilling flight to Lukla. The flight itself gives an impressive impression of great mountain views (and heart-stopping approach and landing !) and the trek will take you through wide areas of stunning landscapes, ethnic settlements, years old Buddhist monasteries at Monjo, Namche, Tengboche and Panboche, and ultimately to the midst of towering peaks.This is moderate to difficult level trekking suitable for people above average fitness level.

Anyone who is able to walk about 6 - 7 hours each day is open to join this hike.
