Black Bart will start in Arsenal Street and tell you the famous story of Pedro Romero, better known as "Matancero", a local hero and martyr who led the Cartagena uprising against the colonists. You will discover the Plaza del Pozo and the artwork of Carmona, a famous Colombian contemporary artist. On your tour, you will discover the stories behind the neighborhood's names, such as "Las Chancletas", Lomba and Angosto y Ancho Street.
